have had an overwhelming reception to the site's 1st month. The
site's a "work in progress" with the 1st objective, to
provide a way for anyone to easily order a delivery on-line in a
matter of seconds. Next is to convey information & pricing in a
format that's quite simple to retrieve.
In the site's 1st month we took over 200 on-line

How's the Economy?
Here is our spin on what is going on in the local economy based
on what we hear and see in our small business, of which a strong
percentage of our customers consist of those in a construction
related industry. It appears that work is down, most of your clients
are taking longer to pay their bills, and thus cash-flow is a little

out the country more and more shops are changing their names from Something
Blueprint to Something Reprographics.
As they are throwing-out their old Blueprint machines to make room
for the new technologically advanced digital equipment. Like most
other shops we too have invested in digital equipment. However, we
still provide a choice, and therefore still run a great deal of
blueprints. Blueprinting continues to be less expensive for us to
run. Our blueprint machines are "work horses" and are
easier to maintain and therefore have less down time.
So if you want bond (aka digital blacklines), blueprints or (diazo)
blacklines, we can produce it for you. If you don't have a
preference and just want copies, leave it to us and we'll run it the
least expensive way possible.

When Should You Take It Yourself?
So you have a contract that needs to go across town for
signature. What do you do?
A) Send out one of the Administrative
personnel,
B) Ask a Technician, Engineer, CAD Operator, Manger or Associate
level employee to take it,
C) Give it to a Salesperson, Executive, Partner or the Owner,
or
D) Take 30 seconds and "forget about it".
If you can get it delivered and return back to your desk in less
than 30 minutes, you should take it yourself provided that:
- Your hourly compensation is less than $8. (and that you don't
get reimbursed for mileage).
- Your company has sufficient insurance (with a $0 deductible)
to cover the potential liability of an accident.
- Your productivity is not compromised by being out of the
office.
Or, if you don't want the hassle, contact us and we'll take care
of it so you can "forget about it".

You Must Be Joking!
Two guys, one a bit taller than the other, from
out-of-town come into the shop. Thinking they’d have some fun with
me, the tall guy says to me, “Hey sir, you have change for an
eighteen dollar bill?” Nonchalantly, I replied, "Sure."
Without a word the two headed back to their rental car.
“What are you going to do?” I overheard the friend ask.
“I’ll give him a ten,” snickered the tall
guy, “and change the zero to look like an eight. He’ll never
know the difference.”
When they came back in, I took the bill and
without a glance, I put it in my pocket. Then I casually asked,
“You want two nines, or three sixes?”
