You may send files fast over the internet by emailing PDF (.pdf), plot (.plt) or tiff (.tif) files as an attachment with a message describing what you'd like us to do. Or put your files on our FTP site: ftp://azoverlandblueprint.com and email instructions. Email to: plot@azoverlandblueprint.com To create a plot (.plt) file click on the appropriate version (on the left) to download the correct driver (this is necessary software to allow your computer to accurately communicate to our plotter (printer)). Detailed installation instructions may be opened (on the right), these may be viewed in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Abbreviated Instructions for Installing a plot file in AutoCAD versions 2000, 2000i, 2002, 2004, 2005 & 2006 1. Download the appropriate driver ; HDI driver for 2000 , HDI driver for 2000i , HDI driver for 2002 , HDI driver for 2004 , HDI driver for 2005. Click on Save. If it's more convenient, we can supply it on disk. Extract the Zipped file and click on Install icon.2. In the "plotter manager" set-up the "PC3" so that it refers the color table for a monochromatic printer.
Abbreviated Instructions for Installing a plot file in AutoCAD version 14 1. Download this driver AutoCAD ADI Driver for Release 14. Click on Save. If it's more convenient, we can supply it on disk. Extract the Zipped file and click on Install icon.2. In AutoCAD, click on File pull down menu, select Printer Setup... 3. Click on New... in Preferences dialog window. 4. At the lower section of this ("Add a Printer") window under "Add a description:", type in Arizona Overland Blueprint Plot File. Go up to "Available printer drivers:" box and select "KIP plotter ADI 4.3 - by KIP America, 1.0".5. In the AutoCAD Text Window the following questions are asked: Do you want to link to Powerprint Request software (winreq.ini)? <N> type N What is your printer connected to? <P> type P Enter parallel port name for plotter or . for none <LPT1>: type . Do you want to change anything? (No/Yes/File) <N>: type N At the Preferences dialog window click on Arizona Overland Blueprint Plot File and OK. 6. In the Drawing, on the Command line: type in KIPCONFIG 7. Select Media..., select the desired Paper Size: (from scroll down menu), select Inches, & Landscape, add desired borders, and click OK.8. Select Pens..., make the desired shading per pen, and any other modifications, and click OK. 9. Click on File pull down menu, select Print... -Select Device and Default Selection and select Arizona Overland Blueprint Plot File and click on OK.-Select Pen Assignments..., Click on the desired Pen No. Under "Modify Values" change the "Width" (in inches) to the desired thickness.
